From insisting on an initial 'leave' period to see how Barney took to you and leaving us with one of your t-shirts for a week before so he would remember the scent from your house, to putting all of the updates on Facebook while we were away - you were brilliant all the way through and made it all so easy.
It felt like Barney had a fab holiday with you at the same time we were away. He still loves the toy you bought him and based on your advice we've bought a lead that extends further than the one we had. We will definitely be back and have no hesitation in recommending Woofus to others.

"Couldn’t recommend Jemma and Woofus more highly....5 stars isn’t enough. Our lab Snoopy is a regular in the Woofus dog walking family and loves it, but this was the first time he’d boarded for an extended period while we went on holiday for a week.
I genuinely think he was in a bit of a huff to have to come home he’d had such a good time!While we were away we really looked forward to the daily photos and anecdotes from Jemma (and Neil) about what they had been up to, and it made it seem like he was on a lovely holiday as well as us! It was so reassuring to know that he was in the best possible hands, and I wouldn’t put him anywhere else.
It’s very rare these days to get a service that always truly exceeds your expectations, and Jemma never fails to deliver in that department.

"Jemma looked after my Rottweiler Angus while we were on holiday, I couldn't of asked for a better person to care for him, the moment I met Jemma it showed how much care and passion she has for animals, and my dogs bonded with her instantly which made me more settled knowing they would be staying with her.
It was such a comfort to see daily photos and updates of how Angus was doing while we were away and the photos showed him to be having an amazing fun filled time with Jemma and her husband Neil. I think Angus is in the huff to be back at home now.
